We live in a fast paced world with an ever increasing amount of pressure on us. Women in particular are very sensitive to these stressors and as such, can find themselves in misalignment and dysregulation. These can have devastating consequences in the body, manifesting into a variety of chronic health issues.
Those with nervous system issues are reaching epidemic levels and it's more important than ever, to learn the tools required to calm and balance your nervous system.
A regulated nervous system is fundamental and foundational for good health. This is where many people's healing journeys get stuck, because they're trapped in a state of freeze, fight or flight.
I have teamed up with Donna, an EFT and Acupressure specialist, to bring you the education, tools, guidance and coaching required, to regulate your nervous system and bring your body back into balance, with a sense of calm and clarity.
Here's What We Do:
Introduction: Here you’ll get an introduction to the Nervous System and the Vagus Nerve, to understand their roles and importance in the body and healing. You’ll also learn a mindfulness technique known as the Body Scan to kick-start your journey towards nervous system regulation for greater overall health and wellbeing.
Week One: Gain valuable knowledge about how Nutrition plays an important role in nervous system health. This is healing on a foundational level. You will be guided through the implementation of the Nutrition and Supplement regime which is designed to support and nourish your nervous system.
Week Two: Learn Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT/Tapping) to implement into your daily life. This is a simple but highly effective way to reduce stress, as well as helping release trapped emotions or limiting beliefs that get in the way of your true healing potential.
Week Three: Discover the importance of Minerals for a healthy nervous system, how to re-mineralise your body and how you can utilise Herbs and Essential Oils to support your body and enhance your recovery.
Week Four: Learn easy Acupressure exercises that calm the nervous system and stimulate your body’s natural healing abilities. These exercises promote physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
Week Five: Discover how to implement Breath and Movement techniques in ways that will restore balance and calm. This helps get the body into a parasympathetic state, which is the body’s healing state.
Week Six: Integration week and final Q&A. We will help you integrate what you’ve learnt into your lifestyle, so you can utilise the knowledge and skills you’ve learned with us, to continue supporting your mind and body. Any final questions or concerns will be addressed by Jade & Donna, to leave you fully equipped with everything you need to move forward in your healing journey.
Coaching: You will be fully supported throughout the 6 week process via our private online Facebook community where you can ask questions, share your insights and meet like-minded people.
